Cat!Max kind of reminds me of the baron from Cat Returns lol

Sketches involving anthropomorphic versions of three characters whose original designs are human. The sole girl, Astemar, is the first top sketch on the left and the bottom sketch under her. First one has her looking solemn, and not a really well-drawn snout. The sketch under her is more simplified, from the profile side, as she's properly a long-nosed dog with her tongue sticking out. Her snout's so cute. Next to the top sketch is another sketch of Max, looking straight out of a shoujo manga with his fey look and cat ears. I love him, my little meow meow. He's resting his head on the palm of his hands, looking to the side in thought. Under him is a larger sketch taking up the rest of the page, though it's really two big sketches, just done in black ballpoint pen. One sketch has Magnus and Astemar, with Astemar pointing to the whatever's off screen and looking at it, while Magnus stares at her with a smirk. I've started using RSS properly now. Before, I would use RSS Parrot to read certain blog feeds on Mastodon, but it was very limited functionality. Now I'm setup with both a phone app and a desktop browser extension, and will be searching for creators to follow.

I hit my elbow against the door yesterday while carrying a printer and thought it was a minor injury...

Capy Reader A smallish RSS reader for Android

I've been using Capy Reader as my RSS reader for my phone recently, and I love the fact that it doesn't require you to make an account! You could just add feeds locally!

Maybe this might be a bad idea when you lose your feeds list but... it's so refreshing to have something that just works.

I got my micropub endpoint all implemented! I can post to my statuslog/microblog without having to manually edit html if I don't want to.

I was inspired by ArimaMary who managed to get it working on their site and mentioned using Quill!

@animenewsnetworkrss I noticed that Takeshobo published digital manga on their own through Kobo, so I appreciate them going that route.

I'd prefer it if publishers went through established storefronts.

This is why I really dislike subscription/pass/coins DRM-filled services...

Many manga are locked behind these kinds of services and you have absolutely no recourse. I'm glad MangaPlanet is trying to offer some sort of transfer for purchases at least.
