This weekend my role in the family was cemented even further: bills payable (make it work somehow!) and general maintenance. As long as I accomplish those, and keep my f-ing mouth shut, then all seems to be well.

But it's really not.

Just finished the Miracle in the 80s documentary on Netflix. Oh how I wish I could feel that same amount of complete pride in my country that people did after that Olympic victory.
