It is not about Kimmel or what he said. It is about the US government forcing a network to fire someone - no government should have that power. If the network decided this on their own, that’s one thing. But in this case they absolutely did not.

Jimmy Kimmel wasn't suspended because of what he said. He was suspended because the FCC threatened his employer.
