This is in my humble opinion a stellar photo of my cat Lucy. She's entirely black. She's outside in the sunlight so her pupils are very constricted, showing a lot of yellow eye color, and you can see light glowing through the cartilage of her ears. Many fine details are visible such as her whiskers and dust on her fur. An out of focus plumeria is lurking on the left edge of the photo, adding some green leaves to the scene. In the background is an even more out of focus plastic storage bin. This image was taken on a Pentax K3-III using the D-FA 150-450mm lens. 270mm 1/20 f/5.6 ISO 1600.

Lucy wasn't thrilled that I interrupted her porch time to point a camera at her, but I think it turned out well.
