Reply 1 - "firstly, I think you’ll find that Sienna is in U13, not U15 (at the time this was run, at least). Secondly, why should she go to an older age group, more specifically, why should she move up to U17 (as you suggested), to compete against girls 4 years older than her?" Reply 2 - "move the talented girl so she doesn’t bruise the boys egos? "

This is an U13 girl destroying the U15 boys in a running competition. Just look at the first comment, this is why women were segregated to start with. Why the anti-trans lot want to paint women and girls as completely incapable compared to men and boys!
