We only had enough lemons to do it once this summer and it was so fucking good. It's like the juice of 9 big lemons, simple syrup to taste, and some water. The most time consuming part is making the simple syrup and that takes like 5 minutes.

I'm so stoked I have a good lemonade recipe that requires 9 or 10 of the fuckers at a time.

So, my partner managed to clear out both lemon trees over the last year.

In response they've redoubled their efforts and I think there might be like 300-400 ripening lemons on the property.
