So essentially, they're doing retcons.

They really are capturing the “buy these ten issues of titles you don’t follow if you want the whole story” vibe that helped wean me off superhero comics when I was a kid.
I think some DLC would have been nice just to bring closure to the Chameleon and Carnage stories…
Especially Carnage, for all my criticisms, Carnage is just a such a fantastic adaptation.
That will play what?
It’s why I’m worried about Knightfall. Why is it 4 movies? At best, it should be two.
First movie focuses on Bane breaking Batman, then Azrael steps in, defeats Bane and becomes the new Batman.
Second movie is where Azrael goes insane, so Bruce comes back, tunnel scene.
Admittedly, I really do want to see Bullseye on the New Avengers team. Mainly to see Val try to control this psychopath with the simple mindset that you can just point him at someone and kill, before realising that you can’t control Bullseye.
I just really need a recreation of this panel.
Turns out giving people a fresh start without any baggage while offering old fans new refreshing takes on certain characters actually works out.
Is that so hard?
Absolute Comics is doing what Ultimate Comics did twenty five years ago and what comics have struggled to do since then, it's giving people a place to jump on with no prior knowledge and all they have to do is just keep reading the series they want, one issue to another.
Mario Galaxy is probably bad (haven’t saw it yet) but the worst thing you can probably call it is unremarkable and at best, harmless.
Animal Farm just feels insulting.
Yes. Herman is MJ's father's brother's nephew's cousin.
Ah Alien Swarm. Aka:
“We’re on a budget so the best we can do is fast cars and motorcycles.”
It's never been easier to not support pieces of shit.
Does that mean some of the things you like/used to like are on that list? Yeah.
I guarantee one 2am caffeine fuelled bender searching the net like you did as a teenager will turn up something better to replace it.
I would love to see an adaptation of the Silmarillion since that covers the entirety of Middle-Earth's history. But they don’t have the rights to that book so yeah…
I really don’t think any sequel to Lord of the Rings is really needed or necessary. The story is over, the bad guy is dead and Frodo moved to the Undying Lands.
I’m fully aware I’m being cynical, but it just feels like a futile attempt at recapturing the same lightning in a bottle.
Slade just has that flexibility of being able to handle his own book due to his nature of being a contract killer. There’s a lot that you can do with him compared to Joker and Luthor who are stuck as Batman and Superman's arch enemies.
The game is probably better at showing Eddie’s supervillain tendencies in a much more subtle way.
As soon as he finally gains full control of the suit, his first thought and actions is that of revenge.
I played it co-op recently with a friend. Let’s get this misconception out of the way.
RE6 is not a bad game because it’s action instead of horror. RE6 is a bad game because it's just horribly designed with an incomprehensible story.
After reading the new USM run, I really miss this kind of angst and drama. Small things had consequences that affected Peter's relationships without it being brushed under the rug.
In fairness, that was most likely because of Magneto deciding to make a 9/11 sequel with a higher death count.
Kinda wondering what Geoff Keighley is feeling right now. He was the one that gave it such a massive spotlight after all.
Absolute Martian Manhunter, the twelve covers. #absolutemartianmanhunter #absolutecomics #denizcamp #javierrodriguez #dccomics
Maybe there are no rewards for being a good person, but I'd rather die waiting to reap those rewards than succumb to the bad
Side note but it is amazing how much in common resident evil and incredible Hulk have, like they both deal with biological threats that the writers said "screw it, is magic and it turns people into whatever I want" like Wesker and the leader would get along, all of the viruses plus gamma radiation?
playing as grace in RE9: crying, pissing, throwing up
playing as leon in RE9: *deflects chainsaw* "ur breath stinks loser" *decapitates zombie with hatchet*
Pretty much. Turns out people are more than happy to support a party that doesn’t throw minorities under the bus.
You read a single Hulk comic you immediately realize he’s one of the best characters in fiction and you’ll never be able to forgive Kevin Feige for as long as you live
I’m not normally scared of the standard Resident Evil zombie…
But this game made me freak out at the sight of them. Especially in the opening hour.
You either die a hero, or you live long enough to join the right wing grift.
Maybe they might have Spider-Man this time.
