Also no daily pics because I’m not doing it to change my body’s appearance and don’t wanna fall into that trap paha. Big on the reading every day and moving my body tho :) hoping everything combined will help my mh!

Doing the 75 hard! (But soft… no crazy dietary restrictions other than no alcohol) I’m on day three. I haven’t set myself a real challenge in a long time and I think it’ll give me something new to focus on. The water consumption is the hardest part because I spend half the day weeing 🤣 tmi… sorry!
