I've had conversations with Zac. Blanchard about the joy of taking the city connector to city hall and how you "see" the city in better detail. I believe he sometimes bikes there.
His work on modernizing the city charter is remarkably good. As is the whole committee’s. Highly recommend watching the first council hearing on it.
Had someone in the Md General Assembly made the comments Torrence did, they would have been publicly reprimanded. Fly on the wall re any private conversation the Council Pres had with him.
He's commented recently about disengaging from all social media.
