In fact it’s veryblikely they were inspired by the Hassassins which were the main inspiration for the AC games and the Creed. But I live so much for this connection between both universes 💜

I’m not sure how much it was i fluenced and even if that actually happened - we’d have to investigate when they created the clan for the Masquerade universe and the year of the launch of the first AC game - but I’ll gladly take it as the unofficial VtM x AC crossover 😂

The Banu Haqim clan are so #AssassinsCreed coded that in Bloodlines 2 there will be an (un)confirmed crossover 👀 #VampireTheMasquerade #VtM

🔴🔴FINAL SCORE🔴🔴
Keeping in mind I have yet to finish the main story, I give #AssassinsCreedShadows a 8/10. It's one of the most beautiful games in the franchise and so ridiculously fun. And while I'm still missing some elements, it's undoubtedly the best of the RPG series.

🔴Combat - Yasuke🔴
Unlike Naoe, Yasuke may be not so helpful in stealth (he's trying his best though) but in combat he can save you more than once and he is ridiculously fun to play with. He's chaotic but in very logical and organized way and offers endless possibilities.

🔴Combat - Naoe🔴
While she's really fun to play with and offers a dynamic combat, she suffers way too much against strong enemies or when she's surrounded and forced me more than once to use allies or run. In fact this made me use Yasuke more and appreciate his combat design.

🔴Stealth🔴
While I'm still missing the iconic social stealth of previous games, the stealth system of Shadows combined with Naoe's shinobi abilities is probably the most fun I've ever played in the franchise and the one that offers more possibilities to be creative.

🔴Parkour🔴
I won't lie: At first I got excited because the animations, Naoe's agility, the dynamism and the fancy jumps kinda reminded me of Unity. However when it was time to actually do parkour, I've been struggling to be creative. As for the hook, it's useful but that's it.

🔴Exploration🔴
While the world represented in Shadows is undoubtedly beautiful, fair warning: Forget about taking shortcuts through forests or mountains like in Odyssey or Valhalla. You will get stuck and lost every time and taking the roads is mandatory to properly move.

🔴Myth and Japanese culture🔴
So far I haven't faced any explicit mythology content other than little mentions to Japanese folklore. However I've been pleasantly surprised by the representation of Japanese culture and made me really curious to further explore it in the Codex.

🔴Canon Mode🔴
I won't speak too much about it because there isn't too much to say... but Canon Mode is literal as expected. This means that no matter if you play with Naoe or Yasuke, all events are canon and unchangeable... for better or worse. So fair warning: Be ready 🤐
