116 days ago I sat down to play Warframe for the first time.

I never expected to enjoy it as much as I have, nor did I ever imagine it’d be watched by tens of thousands of people. What a strange journey it has been.

Every now and then it hits me that many hundreds of people enjoy the content I produce.

I got a degree in film & tv thinking I’d be telling stories from the comfort of the cutting room floor.

I cannot wait to introduce games, especially Astro Bot, to BabyD20 when he's of an age to enjoy them.

Playing Astro Bot takes me back to being a child, slowly pressing the lid of my PSOne closed and hearing the whir of Crash Bandicoot's disc, the static on my CRT buzzing only to be pierced by that iconic Playstation start-up sound. I'm in love with this game.

I've only just now seen the outrage over both Ciri's appearance. It's maddening how full of hatred some people can be over - <checks notes> - a female protag in a cinematic trailer...? Crazy.

You and me both. It wasn't until 30~ minutes ago I read of an apparent outrage over both titles. It's baffling, but I feel so relieved to not have to wade through that mire of shit any longer.
