The PA State Supreme Court rejected a claim by the Pittsburgh Post Gazette that strikers picketing at the plant was illegal. Another case of their avaricious lawyers preferring to litigate than to settle with the striking workers. Read more about it:

On Saturday we learned the @PittsburghPG’s ongoing violations of labor law now face the prospect of an injunction in the 3rd Circuit Court. It’s a rare move against the PG’s deeply unlawful behavior.
