I’ve been playing a bunch of the various Disney games recently and for me Aladdin is def top three!

I like the speed and variety - it’s got the Disney polish for sure but it’s also got that Dave Perry silliness and fun!

I didn’t play em much back in the day - been giving em a go recently tho! Duck tales is still fun even if it’s a bit basic - just good levels! And man some of the tunes too!!

Aye Disney drove quality for sure! As I understand it they still input + reviewed everything with Capcom too - there are stories of demos and art being sent between japan and America and taking weeks each time! But for other games like Aladdin they gave actual drawn cels for the game - and it shows!

Aye duck tales still stands up so well - great gameplay. And I love chip n dale as well by the same team. The 8 bit Mickey games are cracking tho - and Lucy dime caper. So it’s close!!

Lucky dime caper was always my fave of the bunch but did play duck tales again recently and it’s really good! Chip n dale is also great actually!

Played a fair bit of the late 80s/ early 90s Disney games recently - some real corkers in there!

Nah I think a lot of the £6-700 plus listings are probably going for less. And even then quite slowly! Value is def not there at that price!

Yeah bang on points - they had something there but it wasn’t finished, wasn’t finessed, and wasn’t worth full price let alone 20 times that!

Man alive, I’ve been after Cannon Spike for years!

Capcom legends, Dreamcast graphics, bullet hell chaos - it’s like they made a game just for me!

But that price has just kept skyrocketing…

Yeah I agree - I have a few games I’d pay a lot for but we’re talking three digits not four, and only for the absolute top five classic nostalgia games! I can emulate this game so that’s a thousand Euros I don’t need to spend!
