Double double toil and trouble, fire burn and cauldron bubble. On a random day at the end of February I purchased a paper shredder and sat down to make homemade paper.

Dearest John,
Nothing is real except you – therefore I must push past and find peace with my nonexistence.
Dear John,
I’m afraid that if I have to sit through another dinner listening to you smack, I might smash the wine glass over the table and shove shards into my ears.
a burn a day keeps the writer away
I started to end February in high hopes. I got my braces removed, started my dental procedures afterwards - cleaning and fluoride and cavity finding, and on February 27th burnt the absolute bitch out of my hand.
we just got a letter
a very cute strawberry themed envelope A friend and I just exchanged addressed so I’m going to actively sit down and write out letters and mail them the old fashioned way. Little do the readers know because I'm bad at updating that I did indeed go and mail my friend a letter.…

that time i ran a (quarter)Â marathon
Marathon Bahamas Baton + Shirt + Bib I was clearing through the ole box of memories to add to my gallery wall over the weekend because I'm going through this phase of making my living space permanent. We can talk about that whole mess of a mental issue later.…

Cheers to surviving the first month of the new year folks. Who thought we would have made it this far. I feel like this month has been good to me. In comparison to some of the months before. I've been surprisingly active on this website over the past month - updating my…

flame in the flood and the destruction of indie games
I've been running through some of my old games on my switch and replaying them while my pockets hurt for cash - feeling the absence of enjoyment after rent and utilities take all my currency for their own enjoyment. I spent a stint playing Fire…
ten years ago
There's a trend going around the internet right now regarding posting yourself in 2016. I've never been good with video posting so let's give it a wack here. In terms of dates and memories, I'm a bit shit at it. 2016 occurred mid-college and those years are a mess in my head that I…
Book review – The poppy war
Happy RFKuanguary! Apparently everyone I know and people I don't are diving into R. F. Kuang's work this January. Technically I'm cheating because I started The Poppy War in December but life is fickle and I make the rules. Let's start off with stating the obvious. I…
Friendly reminder that there’s no such thing as “sex with underage girls”! We have a word for that! That word is “rape.”
Too bad if you were thinking it was a v3 update just in time for Black Friday.
No it’s A-fucking-I Canva merge
I just saw the announcement that Affinity is now a free 3-in-1 app, and I'm suspicious. Free software exists (GIMP, Krita, Inkscape) but none are owned by big tech companies pushing the subscription model like Canva. I feel like there's a catch or bad news coming.
I will write on pen and paper and photocopy each one individually rather than continue to feed this ai infested community that will lead to the production of machine created slop
So right now my options are adobe (ai), affinity (ai), word (ai), google docs (ai)
I will never give my work to these leeches
I was literally going to buy affinity I was literally going to buy affinity I WAS LITERALLY GOONG TO BUY AFFINITY
wishing nothing but safety for everybody
