I think Canada is on the list of shipping destinations but if you try and buy something and have problems, let me know.

One of the weird things about a cancer diagnosis is the way you become the mirror for other people’s feelings about themselves and their own fears and anxieties.

This is rather dehumanising and unhelpful. Uncomfortable truths exist and the best, kindest thing you can do is acknowledge them and face them head on.

Name four non-person things that make your life livable:

Chemotherapy

Radiotherapy

Surgery

Immunotherapy

Sorry, couldn’t resist 😎

I have found myself quite frustrated with Quakers as an institution over the last year or so.

But when I go to Meeting for Worship I recall the beautiful things about my faith, & in being around people including those who I disagree with, and being able to exist together & support each other.

My two least favourite exes are this kind of man. (Unless they’ve changed since I knew them nearly 20 yrs ago… seems unlikely tho)

This whole thread, but particularly this frame. Leftist men do this *so* much, with so little self-awareness. We *notice*, fellas.

So many people on Instagram are apologetic and try to pre-empt the objections by acknowledging their privilege etc etc.

I don’t feel the need to acknowledge unreasonable people.

It’s almost as if it isn’t about social justice and is actually about their egos?
