Working on some "speculative evolution" in my medieval fantasy story, #briarsun. Rather than falling into extinction, Terror birds "chimerized" into breeds like the Hippogriff, Onogriff, and the Griffin!

Last advice is you should totally invest in a dutch oven and banetton. Be generous with the flour when dusting the bowl & towel for proofing (sticky dough is NO GOOD). Get a bread lame!!! And you don't need to go crazy slapping down the dough, just follow Natasha's technique. It's long but easy.

I got my sourdough maybe like... 3 months ago now, and they're very hardy and tough to kill. A lot of people think they've killed them but they're just.. ugly when they're hungry LOL. Natasha also has tips on how to feed yours, and I'd highly recommend getting one. Here's some of my bread I've made!
