since FRU will be the end of my current static, i'm interested in finding a new group for 7.4+! i've been maining reaper but i've done a lot of DPS flex in the past (p9-12s as mch, TEA as pct) and can get comfortable tanking quickly as well. just don't ask me to heal :D

yea, but in theory u can either force bigger resolution in amd software or modded in fsr4 too to deal with shimmering, but yea, lots to consider? i guess

and yea 9070 is pretty much the best price to performance card at the moment so that adds up to that if u havent told her about that yet

not to mention how blurry the whole game becomes with DLAA, like comparing any reshade light weight anti aliasing its not a particular gd option tbh.

well tbh xiv without anti aliasing has its own aesthetic so maybe u could try convincing her through that, its like sometimes TAA is better sometimes without TAA its better

In that case id personally go for a console, not the x brand console unfortunately as it requires double monthly subscription, ps4 pro would be my way to go but ps5 is much more ideal hardware wise, and much stronger contender for future proofing aswell
