I really needed this morning out in nature. Perth was fun, and it was great catching up with friends, but I'm definitely no city boy. Oh, and if you were wondering about the cut on my forehead, I got into a fight... with a tree branch 😅

Being naked in public isn’t “imposing” your nudity on others. It’s a personal choice, just like any other way of dressing. Imposing is when you force people to dress a certain way. You know, like forcing people to wear clothes in public.

Everyone seems to have their own idea of what naturism or nudism really mean. I like to keep it simple and say that if you enjoy being naked for reasons other than just sexual gratification, and you identify as a nudist or naturist, who am I to say otherwise?

They're only really around some places at certain times of the year here. I take repellent in my bag, but I rarely have to use it.

Being nude in the forest just feels right. Sure, there's a reasonable argument to be made for shoes, but anything else? The shade of the trees means you don't need for clothes for sun protection, so why be artificial in the midst of all this nature?

It was a bit of an effort getting myself to the gym before work this morning. Still feeling pretty tired from the awesome weekend at the Perth Nude Friends retreat! I'm not used to late nights, so it takes a few days to feel back to my usual self, but it's so worth it!

Give it a go, it's a great experience to have, and it really builds your confidence being nude around other people. A pose like this one you'd only do for a short warmup sketch if you were doing it in person. For longer drawings you'd definitely want to do easier poses.

Nah, I don't have a sword, but I figured since it's meant as a drawing reference pose, I just need to hold something, and people can draw in what they want.

Sometimes you have to wonder if we're living in a simulation. Invisible walls of private property bounding a narrow strip of public land along the riverbank, leading to a perfectly placed fallen log bridge into the nature reserve on the other side. Only a game designer could come up with this 😂

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect, crisp autumn morning for some invigorating naked adventure time by this river.

We're getting 12 hens soon, and have been setting up this paddock for them. I've been transplanting trees here, including this fig I found growing wild in an old orchard. Should give them some nice shade and food once it's grown.

I just alternate between upper and lower body workouts, doing 3-4 sessions a week. Probably can't fit the full sessions in the 300 character limit, but you can DM me if you want the full routine

Whoever came up with the term "ass to grass squats" mustn't have been a nudist. Without clothes keeping you strapped in, it's your balls that'll touch the grass first 🤣

It wasn't a fun watch. Got me worked up and took me hours to fall asleep afterwards.

It is, in fact it's probably even more important as you get older. The longer you can stave off muscle loss, the longer you can stay independent and active.

That does explain a lot. We seem to get a lot of autistic spectrum people joining our nudist group. A lot of people say I'm a little bit autistic, although I've never felt any need to look into it

That's a shame. I'm lucky living on a farm and having a lot of space, but I wish this was mainstream enough that there would be commercial gyms to cater to us nudists, so more people would have the opportunity.
