because if there's a robot in my home and my dog gets in its way and trips it, i don't want to come home to find my dog crushed or ripped apart and blood and organs everywhere, because it turned out when the robot tripped, it flailed it's legs around over my dog as it fell directly ontop of the dog

what I mean for the later, you know when you trip as a result of a pet or child, how you instinctively fall in a way to shift your weight & force yourself to fall away to avoid crushing, kicking, hurting the pet or child.

Robots need to do this before I trust one to be loose in my home or society.

I can't trust robots being in society until they learn to take a fall without flailing and potentially injuring anyone nearby, and most of all especially be capible of adjusting and/or taking one for the team and sacrifice itself to protect another while falling..

Unfortunately larger venues mean higher rental and insurance fees :( and it being a casino hotel prob just overall higher rates for no reason. And who knows what their rules will be too (likely stricter) but hopefully those are hurdles they pass in the future without changing the vibe of the con.

Exactly the later.. if lvfc keeps growing, unfortunately those small resort hotels may eventually be too small, and unfortunately many of the larger hotels have stricter rules.

Yes.. it was fun last year.. unfortunately couldn’t go this year. Enjoy it while it lasts, as unfortunately it seems a lot of furcons turn to shit after a while or if they grow too big and start becoming strict or cookie cutter, but young new ones like lvfc, are always fun.

1st attempt and 2nd attempt.

For 2nd I cleaned my monitor, I calibrated the HDR on my oled, turn off all lights+closed black out curtains, resized screen to 1080p on a my 4k monitor (essentially a window in center surrounded by pure black). Not sure if all these measures combined count as a cheat 😜
