Earth Day, began in 1990 when 200 million people came together planting trees, cleaning up parks & beach fronts & teaching kids to recycle. Kids wore green, representing nature & nature walks were encouraged. Communities taught saving energy, reducing waste, and a support of eco-friendly products.
