Update: just talked to Jaz and the MSP feed likely won’t be coming back up until she gets the chance to work on it, which for sure won’t be before the storms hit and might be a hot minute (I got a range between tonight and 2 weeks). We should find other ways to find each other in the meantime

TODAY'S SUN (APRIL 13): she got up at 6:31 a.m., setting at 7:56 p.m. for almost 13.5 hours of sunlight.

As we write in the book, a traffic report that says there’s been a crash on the highway that will make you late to work probably means someone has been seriously injured or killed. Most people just don’t want to reckon with that reality.

Nothing happened, that’s just how the pigmentation is on that part of his lip. He had more pink when he was born and some areas have darkened to black while others haven’t. Nothing wrong!

He was 8lbs when we brought him home and already up to 13lbs (in 2 weeks)! But def still a teeny baby!

The bill should be amended to shift that $7 million/yr to HCMC, libraries, youth activities, homeless shelters or public transit. There are so many pressing needs that are way more important than subsidizing a billionaire's stadium.

I strongly support the sales tax increase to fund HCMC. We can't let our safety net hospital close. But I am intensely opposed to the $7 million per year that SF 4986 would also give to the Twins Stadium. It's a major expansion of corporate welfare. The Pohlads should pay for it!

He *is* always very intense - either in a wild puppy gremlin way or in the sweetest, most cuddly way. 😆
