Yes! I've been watching some behind the scenes clips, and I really think that physicality is what helps sell Rocky as something that's *alive* and the situation as feeling truly dire. Helping elevate puppets and scenery is what CGI should be used for, not as a whole cloth substitute. It's...so good.
