My 90 yr old mum went into a care home in Feb after appalling treatment by the NHS We have to sell her home to pay fees.I'm looking after the house until it's sold.Shes had a threatening letter from the TV licencing authority telling her she will be receiving a visit & she faces a fine of £1000
