I agree with Trevor that the Okada-Takeshita finish in the C2 is a bad move given the promise of the C2. But I can't get to the level of "why do I even bother?" AEW continues to put out the highest level in-ring wrestling of any modern American promotion. That's why! Perspective!

20 years ago tonight I was in such a rush to get to the New Yorker Hotel on time after a shift working retail that I actually drove to midtown, parked in a garage, and ran to the venue. I'm not sure it's possible to match the experience of being in that venue that night.
