hangover fix dinner

i managed to put the hangover aside for my workout but let me tell you, i just went for a walk and i feel AWFUL

had slightly too much gin last night but managed a decent pull

so on saturdays we have a ~proper~ dessert and we had some donuts in the freezer sam bought from a local market a couple weeks ago; he fried them, toasted/salted some almonds, added vanilla gelato (and added olive oil and salt) and then served them with morello cherry jam and can i just say, fuck

'nduja and burnt lemon honey risotto (added toasted pine nuts and chilli this week)

drinking martinis in my pyjamas is a god tier saturday evening

when i was 25 i couldn't fathom living to 30 and i was very happy hurtling towards oblivion and now here we are many many many trips round the sun past that supposed landmark and all i care about is my protein/fibre intake
