Book a school or library visit for the 2025-26 school year! 📚🥰 Visiting schools and speaking to students (in English, Spanish, or both) is one of my favorite things about being an author. Can’t wait to see where and who I get to visit this upcoming school year. 🗓️😊
It’s 10:45pm and I just finished a big revision of my next novel. Can’t wait to read it from beginning to end tomorrow only to discover how much more revising needs to be done. 🤦🏻♀️

SAN ANTONIO SCHOOL VISITS…3 great days with 3 great schools! Spoke with students at Jackson Middle School, Krueger Middle School, and Bush Middle School. I was impressed by the students, librarians, and faculty/admin at each school and it’s always a BIG reminder of why I love what I do!

An incredible few days in Orlando at the FAME conference! What an honor to receive the SSYRA Award (grades 6-8) for INVISIBLE in front of 600 Florida librarians. There were so many hugs, meaningful conversations, and laughs with old friends and new ones. I ❤️ the FAME family!
