Today’s presentations bring all that learning together, as they plan ahead for the finale in February 2026.

Excited to see how these pitches capture the innovation and creativity that the BT Leader Lab is all about.

The team’s pitches have been taken shape since receiving their Challenges in April this year. With inspiration from expert talks and team sessions held with academics at University College London; the University of Cambridge and here at the University of Bristol's BDFI.

Today, the cohort is pitching their projects to our academic advisory group - showcasing how their ideas have evolved through every session, discussion, and experience.

Day 1 of BT Leaders Lab wrapped up in style at the iconic M Shed! We were treated to a thought-provoking keynote from Professor Sue Turner, exploring the concept of “leadership by deletion” and how clarity and focus can transform leadership in the age of AI.

We’re incredibly excited to collaborate with BT on this programme, helping shape the next generation of leaders in digital futures.
