Also, I finally hit the "Large Score" Achievement (Reach a score of 1 million with one word) which now leaves me with two more achievements before 100%ing Wordatro!
(Also the brief pause between scoring and me talking was me getting up from my chair and posing lol)

It's good the UK government is finally realising with all forms of media, that being:
- Games
- Film and TV
- Comics
that "Oh shit, we actually have some talented people in our country and we should be helping them by giving out grants!"
There are some absolute bangers made by smaller teams from the UK, notably Crow Country and Sker Ritual are two good examples.
We've also got companies such as Jagex 💪 based in Cambridge that fun fact: they tend to take on people from Cambridge Regional College that are doing Games Design.
I have a disliking to E33 because hot take: It's nothing special.
Atomfall on the otherhand is made by a company who makes video games and comics, are comically British (both setting and that Rebellion are based in Oxford), and them winning is a step forward to show that yes: UK people makes games
Saw the news about the BAFTA Game Awards last night and its really good to see games win awards like KCD2 with Best Narrative, No Man Sky with Best Evolving Game, and E33 shamelessly winning awards
But I think the biggest highlight is seeing Atomfall winning Best British Game and being appreciated

It was very packed for the first two hours, and also very hot and sweaty.
Good that it did calm down later on which gave me a chance to play some games I wanted to during those first 2 hours.

Turns out Bsky was down for the majority of the day yesterday so I couldn't report a lot on London Games Festival
I am writing a blogpost on the games I tried out which will be posted later today! I'm not at LGF today though as I'm using the money for the train ticket to buy some games played there
Slowly approaching NG+ and Bsky is playing up a bit.
