I am saying this as someone who absolutely adores and has probably invested too much money into the franchise:
New Star Wars stuff keeps assuming people have watched three kids' movies from 5 decades ago that the average human being alive today has no idea ever existed.
<ahem>

A Klingon yells at Captain Kirk, “Don't wait for the ChatGPT, answer me now!l
Screenshot of a tweet by NASA astronaut Reid Wiseman (@astro_reid) describing filming an "Earthset" from space, comparing it to watching a sunset at the beach from "the most foreign seat in the cosmos." He notes he captured a cell phone video while fellow astronaut Christina Koch (@Astro_Christina) used a Nikon with a 400mm lens for professional shots, with Vic Glover (@AstroVicGlover) and Jeremy Hansen (@Astro_Jeremy) watching from window 3.
Continuation of Reid Wiseman's tweet, describing how he used an iPhone with 8x zoom to capture Earth rising over the Moon's surface through the docking hatch window, noting the view is uncropped and uncut and comparable to what the human eye would see. The image shows Earth as a small bright crescent peeking over the dark, cratered lunar surface against the blackness of space.
The most amazing video ever taken on an iPhone.
Per your request, Counselor Troi has been added to your medical response team.
Nevermind Doctor Bashir hearing that last one. Doctor Crusher heard it from the other side of the quadrant.

Thankfully Japan’s building codes were written with major Earthquakes in mind. So aside from unsecured stuff moving around, you’re safe.
Yeah. That wasn’t a little earthquake.
More news from The Illustrious Q!
"BOOM's MLP Kickstarter is reprinting the first issue of the series. It's a deluxe edition with a quad-gate fold cover of @andypriceart.bsky.social's connecting covers as one image. But he illustrated those covers in pairs and not as a continuous image."
I'm sure SEGA and Paramount really don't want to touch anything remotely close to the Ken Penders lawsuit debacle.
The nacelles and the pylons were a dead give away.
The hull was a little more difficult, but STO has both models in game. Which made it easy to check. :)
The piece creates a nice "what if Probert's design was used for Yesterday's Enterprise instead of Sternbach's design." It's really nice.
It's an interesting design choice that you went with Andy Probert's concept design for the Ambassador Class as opposed to how she appeared on screen in Yesterday's Enterprise.
Very nicely done. :D
Sonic the Werehog
What they do for Sonic 5 really depends on what happens in Sonic 4. It could be anything. Though I wouldn't be surprised if Paramount and SEGA are trying to figure out how to mine the gold werehog shaped nugget.
The historical City of Venice.
Obviously the film franchise will divorce itself from most of the Princess Elise and Soleanna centered plot of Sonic 06. For one thing, the Sonic Film franchise takes place on our Earth.
And I have a gut feeling Paramount doesn't want to explain why Venice is called something else.
Silver the Hedgehog as he appeared in Sonic 06.
Blaze the Cat as she appeared in Sonic 06.
Please note, Mephiles is not the main villain of Sonic 4.
That will be Metal Sonic/Neo Metal Sonic/Metal Overlord.
Mephiles will show up as the post credit teaser/stinger.
Which should lead to the introduction of Silver the Hedgehog, and possibly Blaze the Cat, in Sonic 5.
Mephiles's initial appearance in Sonic 06 as a recolor of Shadow the Hedgehog.
Mephiles's final appearance in Sonic 06.
But the key story element in both games is actions in both the present and the past create rippling effects that doom the future.
It's probable, knowing Paramount and SEGA will want to keep making money off of the franchise, that Shadow's storyline in Sonic 4 will result in the creation Mephiles.
Sonic CD Time Stones
Now… how does Sonic 06 fit into the mix?
Very easily since both Sonic CD and Sonic 06 heavily involve Time Travel. Traveling to both the past and the future.
Sonic CD used the Time Stones as the primary means of traveling through time. For Sonic 06 it was three different convoluted methods.
It also creates another "Live and Learn" moment in Sonic 4 which was extremely well received in the previous film.
Thank you Crush 40.

Neo Metal Sonic
Metal Overlord
What does Sonic Heroes have?
Neo Metal Sonic and Metal Overlord. Both of which are the upgraded forms of Metal Sonic. Including all three of Metal Sonic's forms into a single film creates an increasing threat that culminates into one of the most popular final boss fights in the entire franchise.
The ending to Sonic 1 was Sonic vs Doctor Robotnik, and the ending to Sonic 2 was arguably the most Sonic vs Doctor Eggman boss battle in the entire franchise brought to life:

Sonic CD's final boss is Doctor Eggman (aqnd is a perfectly fine final boss fight)…

Shadow the Hedgehog as he appears in Sonic 4's movie trailer.
Shadow will be in this Sonic 4. That has 100% been confirmed. One of the major plot points of Sonic Heroes is finding Shadow after he disappeared following the events of Sonic Adventure 2.
Sonic Adventure 2 was just adapted by Sonic 3, so some of that plotline will show up.
Add to that Sonic 4's trailer includes the US opening theme to Sonic CD…
Yeah, Sonic CD will be the main driving narrative for the film.
So where does Sonic Heroes come into the mix?
