I am so pleased to hear this. I love what Peps has to say and I totally get alignment, but without shared purpose, genuine fully fledged buy in from your whole team, that perceived alignment will soon become misalignment.

Where are you/ your school on this scale?
I get the value in planning. Making it specific in the intent of an arc of lessons but to narrow this down to individual lessons is a concern to me. Learning takes as long as it takes. Can we pigeon hole each element of learning neatly into lessons?
Lesson intentions/objectives etc. Is this a thing worth sharing with students or not? Researching with these gems today and a few blogs. Would like your thoughts! Please RBS (retweet)
