If you have a friend or relative with a US address who can get you the book in another way, you might want to think about having your book shipped to them.

Also: This book will ship internationally, but we’ve been figuring out the shipping costs and it is very expensive. If you live outside the USA please be aware of the cost, and I’m very sorry about that but it’s out of our hands.
