The article was great, but the link to the Micro Layout Design Gallery in the article was absolute gold. It's rekindled my dormant desire to build a micro layout in my apartment.

City of Angles is set in the real world (colour) and 1940s film noir movie world (black and white).
Each world is distinguishable, and the illusion holds even when actors stand close by.
