8th Annual WiDS Datathon Challenges: Unraveling the Mysteries of the Female Brain WiDS Worldwide is on a mission to increase participation of women in data science to benefit societies worldwide.

4️⃣ 𝐔𝐧𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 🧠 in partnership with Women in Data Science aims to map brain functional connectomes to ADHD diagnoses in children and adolescents. The development of gender-sensitive assessment approaches is crucial for improving diagnostic accuracy.

Datathon University Edition Integrate a hands-on project with unique data that is relatively unexplored, and in a fun, competition setting.

2️⃣ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 💻in partnership with Dell Technologies and NVIDIA AI aims to develop a predictive model that analyzes children's physical activity and fitness data to identify early signs of problematic internet use.

1️⃣ 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 😴 aims to enhance researchers' ability to analyze accelerometer data for sleep monitoring, enabling large-scale studies of sleep. Efforts are currently underway to integrate one of the Kaggle models into our analysis pipelines.
