You refuse to go to work, you will get fired and replaced. A fraction of your workforce deciding to not work doesn't give them carte blanche to demand every other worker acquiesce to their demands, nor does it give them the right to shit on anyone who still works AT A NON UNION JOB.

Please learn about how unions and union leadership actually work. They are insanely beneficial, but a union is not infallible just by virtue of being a union (look at police unions, they are god awful)

You can't just stop working and demand a union and get all pissy when the company decides to say fuck you, we'll replace you instead. That's not how reality works. I know it does in dreamland, but not the real world.
It's not scabbing to replace someone who refuses to go to work for a non-union job.
My job isn't unionized, if we decided to stop going to work until we got a union and they hired people to replace us, that's our fault, not anyone else.
