"Electing SCOTUS judges would lead to corruption and anti-democratic action!" Right. As opposed to what's happening now.

It's harder to unionize service jobs than manufacturing jobs in a big factory.

This has nothing to do with the type of people who work these jobs, but with the economics of how these sectors work. A strike at a factory causes acute economic pain to the owners in a way few service sector jobs can.

You are being lied to. And there's only one man who knows the truth. Jim Haggerty returns, only on InfoWars.

I know that Julian’s not a smart guy but I really wish that people could understand that when conservatives say they want to take on billionaires, they mean Jews. They’ll tell you this if you ask!

There’s a kind of guy who loves the idea that ordinary conservatives actually care about “fighting billionaires” and I think it’s laughable. They keep voting to make your life worse because their politics are that they don’t like you, not because they’re under the spell of a trickster political god.

i've seen "it would really stick it to the devs if we left bsky" posts & no it wouldn't. they want this web site to be boring crypto idiots who cool their phones off in pools chatting with AI reply bots. instead they have to put up with us and that's deeply funny

People on here will say anything. “I can’t believe the Mets lost.” Yes you can. That’s not true.

“I stole your job but I think we can have an open-minded, reasonable conversation about how great it is that you’re unemployed.”

“Why don’t you want to have a conversation about AI?”

“I broke into your house and stole your shit and now I just want to talk.”

A thing about the heaviest users of chatbots is that they acclimate to cloying obsequiousness. Like a billionaire and their entourage of viziers, it becomes normal to them.

Any interaction that is *not* abject simpering they'll now perceive as a slap to the face, an aggressively violent outburst.

The implicit media consensus is that urban voters should not be able to overrule rural voters, but that rural voters should be able to overrule urban voters, an assumption so axiomatic and unquestionable that nobody even understands they're making it.

And Texas was done by the partisan Legislature, while in Virginia, the partisan Legislature set up the vote, but the voters decided for themselves. BIG DIFFERENCE.

Next time just yawn, laugh to yourself and then pull out this visual. Stop the tantrums with their own horrible hypocrisy, cruelty and deviousness...

Counterpoint: that is different because Dems are supposed to only whine about stuff and not actually fight back.

"The Republican party has no agency. It only does what it has to. The Democratic party is the one that causes everything and simultaneously do too much and not enough."

Almost everyone acts as if this is true, including Democrats. The left blames moderates and moderates blame the left.

one time our priest had some schedule-one holy water that’s only supposed to be used to anoint cruise ships & space shuttles flown in from the vatican & he used it to bless my grandma’s cat & the cat immediately turned into a dog.

A reminder that much of KT's monetary success comes from financial asset/investment management, all helmed by Kou Shibusawa's wife, Keiko Erikawa.

Automaton's previous report noted a community adage calling KT "an investment company disguised as a game company.": automaton-media.com/en/news/koei...

Maybe my entire outlook on life these days: more people needed to have gotten more feedback more often, and short that, they need more feedback now

Don’t. Print. Lies. In. The. Newspaper.

The actual existing Democrats gained two seats in the House in 2024, & they would have won control were it not for the late, illegal GA/NC gerrymandering.

Amidst all the GOP whining tonight, a reminder that the Democrats would currently control the House were it not for the late, illegal GOP gerrymandering in GA & NC in 2024.

Remember when Rooster Teeth did a rebrand with garish colours that hurt to look at and a logo that made it look like a fast food chicken place and the official twitter got really defensive over it any time people complained about it and then the company closed less than a year later
