He's wearing his iconic orange Hi-Vis hoodie, but today it's paired with oil-stained, grey joggers and a bright yellow hard hat. He says, "Mornin' there fella! Mind taking a look at the sign up there for me? It's incredibly important if you're looking to head this way!" His thumb points towards a VMS which reads "SUBMIT TO YOUR TRUE PURPOSE."

Trick now stands tall above the viewer, who now lays upon the ground. His hard hat is gone, and a cigarette is lit in his hand. A shadow lays across his face, yet his grin remains as bright as always. "That's it... There you go... My you're a quick one to fall for it, aren't ya?" He says. "I've been meaning to build a new workforce you see... Don't you want to be the most perfect, obedient worker... Just for me...?" He waves his hand. "Up you get then, mate. There's a LOT of work to do..." The viewers vision clouds with yellow and orange light, the word SUBMIT repeating throughout the scene.

How strange... It's not usual for someone to physically stop you before you go on your way. Wouldn't a simple diversion do the trick?

A sequence of two panels. In the first panel, Trick stands glancing at the viewer unveiling a digital watch on his arm. He says, "Oh- what's this you say? Well, I got myself one of those newfangled digital watches the other day... Want to help me take it for a spin?" In the following panel Trick is closer, and the shadows on his face darken. The watch in dangling in his fingers, the digital face now showcasing a bright, orange and yellow spiral. "That's it... Doesn't that just feel so, so damn GOOD?" he remarks to the viewer.

I feel like it's way easier to get into the headspace of "being a big fluffy animal" that way. Plus I have had the most adorable interactions with kids when I'm silent!
