And... I think this is the last screenshot, 3 last ones are how I manage my cross-bars. I double-tap and then hold, to change between 1 and 2 when using skills. And I use LR->RT RT->LR to change to secondary stuff quickly (like sprint, teleport...). Outside duty I just toggle normally between bars

This is the second most important thing specially for ***Healers*** I always enable LB+B cycling this means, this way you can select much much faster, only party members, or only the monsters!
