A bit,there has been alot of work done by the river authorities,but the home owners who live by the the river are to blame to, by altering the river bank to make it look like they want,not what the river bank needs,taking out plants and weeds that hold the bank together.

From dry garden to thigh deep in seconds,no river water in home so can't complain to much
