Palantir's statement today is a roadmap to the American position in Diamond Age.

That is fair criticism. "It's the freeze" is shitty on my part.
Even before the USDA maps moved us from 9b to 10a tropicals were a huge part of our sprawl landscape. The freeze killed so many exotics and left such a high fire danger that stuff has to go to the landfill instead of fire pit.

First a Pope, now Orban. JD has a special touch of Solomon. I hope he meets with Weidel and Chrupala next.
This is the end of the US led world order. The stability of the petrodollar has been completely undermined by the nuclear threats of a madman who lost. BRICS has a head start with the large population of the petroyuan. At least 1 other trade currency will likely be formed in the scrabble.
That is a failure of leadership by the Commandant.

At our highest industrial production the US was able to fight a multi front war across 2 oceans. We are far from that today. Yet our commander in chief has said he has no interest in ending the 1st hot war and is starting a second war all without asking the American people for permission.
The irony of this when Claude just hit a milestone identifying and cleaning vulnerabilities in public package repos (topping Buttercup, the open source runner up in DARPAs competition to secure public repos) is thick.
Will whatever conglomerate that buys HBO/Max please give me the ability to block Bill Maher from ever autoplaying?

Kristi Noem looks into the camera with dead fish eyes while she stands behind a podium with the SS slogan "One of Ours All of Yours" and the dhs.gov/wow url for their marketing campaign targeted to under developed men with anger management issues. 4 ice agents are in the background, 1 full and 1 partial face visible. The 2 white officers on the right create an outline effect due to the camera angle.
You know, after Noem dropped the new slogan everything kind of makes sense. Minnesota did nab that ICE agent for trying to meet up with a minor.

Vance's absolute immunity diatribe wasn't for you or me. It was for fellow travelers in federal agencies. A reminder of the promise they'll get pardons and the full force of the federal govt obfuscating their crimes from state prosecutors. Laughing at his poor lawyering covers the stochastic terror.
If holding a cell phone makes you too distracted to safely drive how does it not make you to distracted to actively assess a situation for deadly force?
Did the Fallout Shady Sands arc do Chekov's gun with a death claw gauntlet ?
Now seems like a swell time to point out that Frontline just released this excellent 11-minute mini-documentary about what happened inside CECOT.
You can draw a straight line from the lawless torture that was excused during the GWOT to the lawless torture that plagues America today. And that's with the records that weren't intentionally destroyed. When we come out of this assault we can't make the mistake of leniency and good feelings again.
Our neighbors to the north would call that a starlight tour.
Some kind of land crab drone?
Congressional republicans have been spewing racist attacks on Mamdani for weeks and it’s almost never mentioned in our media. Not only that, the person leading the hate campaign—Randy Fine—is treated by the same media as a good faith expert on antisemitism. I wrote about this obscene double standard
Her daughter is 14. Gross.
It figures the Nevada Senator Cortez Masto is arguing about tactics when hers are to bend over and take it without lube.
A promise is worth the paper it's written on.
50 year mortgages are the perfect example of Republican planning. Get something now, make minimum payments, fuck your future self and descendants. Trickle down through the generations.
Flanked by men in riot control gear, Greg Bovino throws tear gas at residents of Chicago's Little Village neighborhood. Reports state that no warning was given and the men around him are at ease. Presumably he just wanted to.
“No matter who you are, you can’t just go around throwing stuff at people because you’re mad,” said the prosecutor.
Clearly this has not been the case in America for some time.

We experience these events through our media bubbles. So please take a little time to look at the details.
For example: here is how DHS described one incident in Chicago. Now watch the video, which tells a different story.
