I read Stout’s anti-Dodge article so I don’t find these citation findings surprising. But I also teach in B-school and study econ. I’m totally convinced that Dodge v. Ford reflects a lot (even if might not explain it). Even if we stop teaching it, they won’t stop believing and teaching it’s ethos.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but if I or my loved ones or my people die in a terrible event clearly caused by socio-political decisions… talk about it right away. Demand an accounting and a reckoning. Even if it hurts or seems gauche. Don’t wait until no one cares or feels the urgency.
