According to the census, 80% of Americans live in urban areas. And a large proportion of daily car trips across the country could be made by cycling if we had the infrastructure

Sure, cars (and EVs) have their place and a role. But most trips are within bicycling distance and would be great to see more energy towards making bicycling an option

I wish we were talking about bicycles instead, but EVs better than gasoline-powered cars I guess
