Might use a bit of a real dark brown mixed into the darkest parts of it to keep it from getting cartoonishly bright? Something like an ochre to build up highlights? Just some thoughts without having anything to test on in front of me.

Green would also work well for the main color, I think. Especially since you already have some in the model with the gemstone. Green just isn't a color I tend to think of for capes, bit it's a good choice particularly in this case.

My initial thought is grey for the lining, and a deep burgundy for the outer. With the amount of skin tones and leather already I'd steer clear of more brown tones. The neutral liner keeps it from distracting from the front of the model, and the color on the rear gives that side some extra interest.

Also, between the hair and the purple chest I think it helps pull attention to the face by framing it with unique colors, which I think you might lose as a brunette.

Given the amount of brown already on the model from the leathers, I think sticking with blonde is the way to go.
