The First WORLD FENCING LEAGUE is happening April 25th!!! I'M GEEKING!!!

Japanese engineers developed this "Sword Tip Visualisation" tracking technology specifically for this event that will make it so much easier for the average person to see what's going on!

I MUST WATCH THIS ENTIRE TOURNAMENT

I have a similar opinion: in any venue that serves food & drink, coffee should be served in a queue of its own.

Sick of standing around just trying to grab a sandwich while a barista does froth art on a venti white mocha, quad shot, with almond milk, extra hot and caramel drizzle…

I always thought the original sabre conversion would have benefited from some sort of muzzle brake thing to make it look a bit less “pen”.

(This is not to detract from your excellent 3D print which is a perfect recreation of the OG sabre).

The film series that dares to speculate “What would happen if British people were mistakenly allowed into space”?

The answer is terrifying.

One imagines continuing investment in mine countermeasures is a wise move for the Royal Navy given apparent neglect of this capability in the US Navy.

Increases UK “soft power” and influence, plus it’s difficult to portray minesweeping as anything other than defensive in nature.

I always liked this one because the photo is so perfect for the headline. His expression says “This reconciliation will be difficult, but I am determined”.

I think Christina Koch will be the first Artemis astronaut to walk on the moon in the Artemis IV mission.

Artemis is the sister of Apollo. It makes sense to have the previously underrepresented 50% of humanity be the first to step on the moon in these missions. She is a known & respected quantity.

I would say the Oldhammer miniature market is slightly better for sellers than Oldhammer books, perhaps because there’s more painters/players out there than lore fiends.

There absolutely is a strong Oldhammer market out there, but there’s also a lot of competition, and it’s genuinely hard to predict what will sell.

My copy of Marienburg: sold down the river? No interest.

A single Grey Knight terminator with no arms poorly painted by me when I was 13? £20.

Having sold a fair bit of my Oldhammer stuff on eBay recently, I would observe that a lot of the “top end” prices are not realistic.

It’s easy to put a copy of Slaves to Darkness on eBay for £500-it doesn’t mean it will sell at that price.

My son, when I mentioned to him that the Artemis II crew were the furthest out any human crew had ever been from Earth, said if he’d been in the spacecraft, he would have shoved himself right in the corner to give himself bragging rights as THE furthest…

This scene is great.

Any superhero scene where they use their powers in an interesting way to simply rescue people is nearly always superior to “what if superhero A fought superhero B” scenes. Superman at his best is just rescuing people.

As a child of Apollo now watching current day MSM cover today’s efforts the differences are startling.
Factual scientific coverage from professionals has been replaced with superficial DRAMA from deep voiced slow talking ghouls who want an emergency.
Bring back scientists and professionals.👇
