I think there's enough (4 Rs) in the Senate with some odd belief in the Senate RulesTM that they wouldn't change them, maybe I'm proven wrong but if there were enough votes to change the rules they'd have already nuked it completely

I'm assuming there's enough House support to re-add it but I do wonder if the July 4th deadline is enough for Johnson to try and vote down any amendments and pass as is. Admittedly it's a very self inflicted deadline but still
