The side effects to the gut can be awful. I drank the otc medicine Emetrol. I also couldn't eat very well, so i drank the soy chai by Bolthouse, dry parmesan crisps, peppermint candies and multivitamins.
Also bathed with perppermint soap to reduce the burning from radiation.
