There's a lot to love about Kunitsu-Gami, but what drew me in is the use of practical fx across the entire game: miniatures for the setting, handmade costumes, real flames/explosions/fireworks in the battle effects, and they even recorded a significant portion of the music outdoors.

The way Lispector frames interior/personal rupture as a kind of cosmic event is awesome (because that's what they are!)
Maybe that's especially how these moments feel when you're young (and maybe that's also how they feel as you get older, just occurring a little less frequently).
Another Lispector down. How she wrote this in her early twenties is beyond me. Such wisdom, such depth, and yet you can almost feel her figuring out the world in the real time of writing it.
