There have still been A LOT of decisions made. But none have been oh god do I keeeeep this beyond the superficial level.

Later decisions may apply. But I'm pleased at this level of sort. I don't have to read anything behind a basic skim of which been.

My process hasn't been Decide All The Things, but more a quick decision:
obvious get rid of? -> recycle or into give away box
Not obvious? Sort into thematic bin (k-12? College era? Bin o' friend letters? Etc). Thematic Bins are allowed to go into the cabinet.

I promised myself I would not just hide these boxes away and not deal with them when I moved. Three years ago. They've just been cluttering my office. But we've got people coming in a month and well I guess that's the impetus I needed. 😅

I have one (1) box left that I haven't dealt with. I'm pretty sure that one is from my parents' attic. I'm going to put away the newly sorted piles though, and recycle all the other stuff. Surprisingly little in the give away pile from this round, but that's because those boxes were mostly paper.

I just found out that an AI scammer is impersonating me in their spam campaign. I am LIVID.

Please, please share this post. Warn people. I’m horrified that someone might be ripped off in my name.

I think the shift was mostly coming to the corporate world

The only things I handwrite now are fiction (mostly game notes)

But I don't do much other writing that leaves some of me any more. No more collquium notes to the person next to me. No more classroom doodles.

Expectations might be higher now tho.
