So, I'm playing Final Fantasy XVI and I'm at the Titan Lost fight and... without spoiling anything... I can kind of understand why people who grew up on the NES and SNES titles might be a bit pissed. I think it's bombastic and amazing and absolutely HILARIOUS but I get why people might be angry.

Yes, I know, I'm here after a mostly unannounced break - AGAIN. Things have cleared up a little and I want to see if I can get back in the saddle. Streams are strictly on a "when I have the energy, if I have the energy basis" and this schedule does not include possible co-working streams.

I gotta say, the load times on this version of the PlayStation 5 are absolutely ridiculous. By comparison, my computer has an NVME SSD, 24 GB RAM, an 8GB VRAM GPU, and other various niceties for a laptop, and the PS5 blows it out of the water. INSANITY.

It's official: if you're a developer whose name isn't Sierra and you're making a game that isn't a point-and-click adventure game, there is absolutely no reason to have over 50 bad endings. Holy hell. I feel like I'm sometimes failing strictly because I don't have a walkthrough while playing.

I'm starting to believe that a game truly can't be considered modern in the current year without there being a fucking forced stealth section. It seems that if a developer can cram it in, they do. For crying out loud!

I'm sorry, guys. I'm not streaming tonight. My mental and emotional health has been in the shitter for the better part of the last four or so days, which is why I've not been streaming as much this week.
