Fun fact: in the UK if you look at the ingredients list for them, they list it as having ~105% pork by weight! Because of the drying, it takes 105gm of pork to create 100gm of sausage!

I'd happily eat all of that! The pickles are usually nice & crunchy & pari well with the softness of the brie, and the kabanos (Polish dried pork sausage) is a nice chewy nibble between cheese/pickle/cracker bites
