We need a "break out of virtual desktop" hotkey :-) Use case: demo session with PowerPoint on VD1 and a maximized RDP on VD2. Switching from 1 to 2 is easy, but once you touch the RDP session, you have to get out of it to go back to VD1. Ctrl+Alt+Up works on Hyper-V enhanced but not in RDP.
